Dear Clients,

First of all I would like to let everyone know that Chris and I realize that when you signed up as an ADT Client, you paid for CLEC, ISP, and many of you paid for VOIP and Wireless advice. Chris and I will continue to be assisting all of you with your questions and needs for no additional cost. Contrary to Mr. Brown's opinion, we have not left ADT because we want to take any clients or any money from anyone.

We have left ADT because of blatant and continual fraud, lies, and misinformation that have hurt many of our clients. We have not taken anything from Mr. Brown or ADT. We are not leaving for personal reasons with Mr. Brown. We are leaving because:

    1. Mr. Brown claims to have been a UNE-P CLEC, but in fact, never has been. Many of you have looked at the Texas PUC site yourselves and found this out. Mr. Brown tells clients that he has in fact been a UNE-P and he can prove it because he has had "customers".  It is true that Mr. Brown once had 300 UNE-P clients, that he sold to Buy-tel in Texas. The way that he provisioned those accounts was by using the account codes for OTHER, REAL UNE-P CLECs. Mr. Brown collected money from end-users, kept the money, and then walked in the SBC bill that was charged to the REAL CLEC. This has happened more than once. The latest victims of this fraud are Smartcom in Texas, and National Discount Telecom in Texas. The president of NDT, Mr. Robert Ross, is currently in litigation with IDT after Mr. Brown walked on a $35,000 bill.     2. A+ American Discount Telecom, LLC does not exist. The LLC was revoked years ago by the state of Texas because Mr. Brown has never paid taxes [federal or state]. [see http://www.isg-telecom.com/bogus.htm for more information]. Mr. Brown has a $1,000,000 tax lein against him from the IRS. He has numerous judgments. We have had a private investigator research Mr. Brown and found that almost all of the life he purports to have led is a lie, filled with fraud and deceit.

    3. Mr. Brown's much lauded move to Las Vegas is simply an attempt by Mr. Brown to escape the law. The Sheriff has been knocking on the door of Mr. Brown's Waxahachie, Texas office for the last several weeks. Mr. Sigler and I have been contacted by other law enforcement agencies in the last few weeks as well concerning fraudulent business dealings. Mr. Brown's electricity was shut off because of non-payment, and his meter removed because he illegally bypassed the meter to restore service. He is continually late on his rent for the office, and his home.

    4. Mr. Brown continues to recommend things to clients that he has NOT done himself, and his advice has landed many of our clients into financial trouble! Mr. Brown even recommends things to clients that are ILLEGAL.

    5. Mr. Brown has attempted to scare clients into giving him additional money for "VOIP" and "Wireless" services that HE cannot provide! He has also tried to use the Dialup internet service as a way to force clients to re-retain him for services!

Chris and I will continue to be available at no additional charge. We ARE a real facilities based UNE-P CLEC, and you can look that up at:

We also have a real wireless network, and a real VOIP switch that we have built. We do not ever sell things or recommend things that we do not know about, or have not done!
