This is the 2nd year for the ISPBF (Internet Service Providers Business Forum), a Northern Telecom (Nortel) sponsored event. ISPBF informs ISPs on issues relating to the continued growth of their industry to keep their competitive edge as well as to provide a forum in which ISPs can exchange information about how to identify business challenges and how to incorporate strategic solutions that lead to business success. Joseph Isaacs will participate in the ISPBFs "How to Become a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) or Partner with one to Deliver High Speed Access" working group.
